The tte approaches the coach s8 in train 12792 22 oct ate the end of the journey and ignored the people without ticket, we faced a lot of problem by those people sitting at our seats.
My phone fell off the window from the gap between upper berth and the wall. The gap was very wide approx 4 cm, and the phone fell from it. I am very dissapointed by it and want this complaint to be seen by higher officials to know the suffering faced by the passengers.
