Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — i am complaining about that my rail ticket is not refunded in my account

I was to travel in satabdi express on 2nd of oct with my family but the train got delayed as its scheduled departure was 2.25 pm but it got delayed and was to depart by 7.15pm. So i cancelled my ticket and also got the message that full amount will be refunded within 3 to 4 days. But today is 10th oct but the amount is not credited in my account. My pnr no is [protected] and transaction id is [protected] for 1 ticket andpnr no is [protected] and transaction id is [protected] for the other ticket. The ticket was booked on 26th sept for the train no 12277 from howrah to balasore
