Hello Sir, This is Yash Adulkar. I have registered on irctc for online booking but I am not receiving otp on any of my phone numbers. I tried 2 mobile numbers but both were unsuccessful to receive the eOtp Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 9, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I tried once at 9:45 pm but was unsuccessful. I tried another attempt on the other morning at 08:07 am and was successful. But it took more than 5 mins to receive the otp. I feel you should increase the timer below the mobile verification button Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
