Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — I didn't received my refund amount

I had ti receive a refund amount for my waiting listed ticket from vijayawada to krishnarajapuram on 28/5/19, i had received information that i will be refunded through mobile msg and in my irctc account. But till now i didnt received my amount in credit card. So please resolve the issue. Refund and transaction id are attached.
