Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — I have not received refund of my cancelled tickets after 12 days

Kindly process it fast. I have made two payments on the same day and received refund of only one so far. It's been more than 12 days now. The status of refund in irctc is shown as 'credited to your account' but I didn't receive in my bank account so far.
