Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — I was booking a tatkal ticket using internet banking. The amount got deducted from my account, but my booking failed. How do i get back the money? | |||||
Dear Sir / Madam, Today (06/11/15) i booked a E-ticket from rajkot (RJT) to jaipur (JP) through IRCTC. After finishing booking of ticket with my BOI debit account there an error occurred. Finally i found that the money is deducted from my account for the transactions but ticket is not booked.
