I ordered food for my Mom dad who were travelling from Prayagraj in Kamayani express (train no. - 11072) on 18th Feb, 2023. They both are Deaf. I ordered from domino's at Satna station for them (order no.[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered at 10:40pm. Train was on time. First of all the service number provided at the food ordering page had no incoming service. I had no clue how to contact the store. Then, I got a call at 10.42pm from a man saying that our delivery boy has left, he is a little late so please ask someone to come to the gate of the coach. I sent my dad there, he was waiting and for no surprise the train started moving while it already took a 3min extra halt. Now when I was calling that man again, he has not responded to even a single call. My parents were starving because of their lack of efficiency. I ordered the food 2 hours ago, then how can the store miss on delivering it on time? And also not taking up the responsibility of their inefficiency? My parents starved and fell asleep on an empty stomach. This is unacceptable. Please look into the matter, compensate for what my parents went through and remove domino's from the e-catering service.
