Dear Sir, I have requested the TDR for the PNR No.: [protected]. And I received the mail regarding rejection of TDR as the passenger has travelled as per the chart which is completely wrong. I haven't boarded the train. Either the ticket collector has not checked properly or is not doing the duty properly in trains getting late. I request you to kindly reopen the TDR and also put an inquiry into it. On the same day same time I took another train with PNR No.: [protected].
