I recently booked a ticket for Nilgeri Express (12671) from Chennai to Coimbatore
Date of Journey- 26 Jan 2017
Slepper
Name- Steve Jonathan

The amount got deducted from my bank account but ticket did not get booked due to error on the IRCTC MOBILE APP
I have contacted IRCTC atleast 10 times via email but they do not help at all. Also their phone line is forever busy so even that option is closed.
Kindly refund the amount, so that I can make a new booking.
