I have been facing issues with my IRCTC account since very long time. I'm using the account for more than 20 years. All of sudden one fine day when I was trying to login with my account, I got an alert saying, "account disabled". I don't know the reason for that; hence I sent an email to [protected]@irctct.co.in. After 4-5 days I received the email asking to share my Aadhar soft copy. I shared and my account got activated again. Though I asked for the reasons no one from irctc cares about it. On top of that, surprisingly again they blocked my account. Then I asked for the reason, but they have activated it again after couple of days (but again they did not mention any reason). So far it happened more than 5 times. And this time my account is in disabled state for more than 20 days. Noone is caring about it. Worst part is I have booked few tickets for future travel. Now I need to cancel them immediately, but I have no option to do so. I have mentioned all these point in my reply, but no one is interested to look into my issue. I never expected this kind of support with the biggest organization in India. Now I need your help in filing the case against my issue. And I don't have any options now.
