Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — IRCTC Account Suspended and not being reactivated | |||||
IRCTC suspended my account(user id: pvnram) in Sep 2016. I have been writing to them to check manually what i have done any why they deactivated my account. They are sending standard answer-- that some auto filling is done. I did not do any autofilling except standard autofilling allowed in IRCTC which it provides when booking a return ticket. IRCTC in its efforts to eradicate fradulent customers is ignoring looking at genuinity of customers like me who is following up for renewal of my account. I do not have alternate mobile number. What should i do now. Should i not have the facility to book tickets online just because your robotic systems identified some autofilling (Done by IRCTC and not myself). I want my account back. I am going to raise this concern till i get my account how long it may take because i have no other option(No alternate Mobile number). IRCTC should change english from Suspended to deactivate if it is sure it cannot reactivate this account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
