Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — irctc - amount debited from my a. c. but ticket not generated.

I have booked ticket on dated[protected] from kota to raiwala sl but amount rs1870.97 through on pos[protected] at one 97 txn#[protected] was debited from my sbi a. C. But ticket was not generated. Irctc show booking transaction id [protected] and booking status payment requested. But payment detected from my ac. So you are requesting to refund 1870.97as early as possible.
