Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Irctc E wallet Amount deducted from my Bank, but showing failed in E-Wallet

I tried depositing a certain amount to irctc ewallet, amount is deducted from my bank account but it shows deposit is failed to the ewallet.The amount is still not refunded to my bank account.Please help to resolve.
