Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Irctc ewallet refund or activate my account

Hi,
My irctc user id karthy1992, and my account is suspended, so i am not able to use irctc e - wallet amount. I have raised a complaint (Irctc ticket id - [irctc #5567252) in irctc support email (
([protected]@irctc.co.in) and there is no response from them. So please help me in reactivate my account o[censored]ser id karthy1992. Any help would be greatly appreciated
