Date of incident : 2nd april.

I booked tickets for my relatives for venad express on
2nd april 17. 30 hrs, but after paying money i got the ticket for vanchinad express on 2nd april 5.17 hrs (Morning time). So i kindly request to refund my money for the same. (Attaching the details).

I also have a failed transaction entry for 2nd april. (Attaching details.) so kindly refund my money for both.

I'm traveling from Bangalore to delhi, in duronto express and the quality of food in 3A is so bad as it is tasteless and really unhygienic .plus the service of the staff is bad too, no sweets are given after the lunch meal .kindly help on this matter
