Respected sir/ mam I want to inform you that on 22 September 2021 at 12:55 A.M I had done my reservation for travelling from BALRAMPUR TO BADSHAHNAGAR (BLP TO BNZ) reservation had been done but I didn't get any seat confirmation message from IRCTC and my money of Rs .294.09 is also deducted my from Gpay. I had done my reservation with the name of ( BHARTI TIWARI) on that day but the seat confirmation message I didn't get from IRCTC and money of Rs 294.09 is also deducted and not Refunded with in 2-3 working days in my bank account .
