Mdn: [protected] yesterday i was using imudra wallet in that i add my money 7000 rs after adding the money account in 2 minutes automatically i logged out from wallet then after i am unable to logged in my account i ask customer care for this problem they said your account is blocked for reason of blocking please send us a email, after that i send email regarding my problem in mail they replied only one sentence for my 4 mail (You will get your ticket booking amount refund in 7 working days)
I have not booked any ticket yet my concern is on my imudra wallet they are not understanding this also they not reading mail properly.

Through chat and email communicated the issue but looks the support staff are very incompetent, knows nothing except some robotic responses.
(1) They blocked my account and I am unable to login and they wants the statement, how can I get it (they do not sent it by post or email) ?
(2) They want card details for the transaction, which one ? I sent the card of iMudra they says "this is not iMudra Card" . Is it not rubbish that they are unable to recognise iMudra Card which they sent to me and I am using in marchant outlets as well?
Now I want my money back and close my account with such unprofessional service.
