Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — IRCTC Mobile Verification Code NOT Received

I did not receive my verification code on my mobile no. I have been trying to register for it, and neither it is sending me the OTP nor it is allowing me to register from another mobile no because the limit has been exceeded.
IRCTC is causing many problems with its faulty site. Though so many people are going through the same problem still site managers have no permanent solution for this.
