Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — irctc page keeps on loading when trying to fetch tatkal quota availability on a day before the tatkal opens.

Steps to recreate:-

1 Go to IRCTC page https://www.irctc.co.in
2 Enter
From= Pune
To = Bhopal
Date = 3 days after todays date(example on 20/8/2018 i will select 23/8/2018)
3 Click on find trains.
4 On top right select Quota- Tatkal.
5 Click on "Check availability & fare" button in front of jhelum.

Current Behaviour:
1 Page Keeps on loading.
2 Reloading only can break the nonstop loading.

Expected behaviour:
1 Message should be displayed if the date selected is out of booking limit date.
2 if the date is in booking limit availability and the fare should be displayed.
