Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — irctc - refund amount not received in my bank account

I have booked 1 ticket on 04.05.2018 in tatkal through irctc. But the booking status is tqwl/8 and i have cancelled the ticket. Total ticket cost is 2175.00 and total refund amount is 2110.00.
But refund amount is not received in my bank a/c.
Request you to kindly resolve this as soon a possible.
