I have booked a ticket to travel from irctc on july 6, 2018. However, the train was late for more than 12 hours. I didn't board the train and traveled next in a different train. I have filed a tdr with irctc under the rules for the refund as the train was late more than 3 hours. I have sent many emails to irctc, however, didn't receive any response yet. Sir you are using the worst captcha company please change it or improve it because we agents are fed up by entering again and again right captcha but it is not getting it right so please do reply me
