Dear sir/madam, on 03/04/2020 I was booking the air ticket, transaction failled but money debited from the bank account.And irctc has been refunded on 05/04/2020 but till now the money is not credited so kindly do the needful Air ticket transaction ID [protected] payment mode Debite card.
