Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — irctc ticket cancellation amount not credited back

Pnr no [protected], tr id [protected], cancellation id [protected] ticket cancelled on 13.09.2017 but till date refund amount not credited back. Irctc status says refunded.
