Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Irctc transaction failed but money debited from the account | |||||
I was booking a ticket on 21/02/2017 from Varanasi to Lucknow in the BSB BE Express.As I was booking the ticket after the whole process the transaction was not completed but the money was debited from my bank account.After that I tried to contact the IRCTC through phone and through email but there was no reply from there end. The Transaction ID of the process is [protected]. I am also attaching screen shot which is being displayed on the site.I want my money back as soon as possible this is so unprofessional from the end of IRCTC. Was this information helpful? | |||||
