Sir/ Madam,
I had attempted to book a ticket from thiruvalla(TRVL) to Thrissur(TCR) on[protected] in yeswantpur express (train number 12258). But the transaction of payment was failed twice and i was shown that transaction was rejected by bank. Later i got two messages from my bank that an amount of 340 plus service tax was deducted from my sbt account with transaction ids[protected] and[protected]. So i humbly request to do the needful for the refund of my amount.
