I had purchased ticket of Gujarat express from bilomora to ahmedabad from the ticket counter. I had also mentioned the name of the train, but still I was given express\mail ticket. I was not aware the Gujarat express is now super fast train. When I got down at Maninagar station I was charged RS. 265 for taking proper ticket. The station inspector at Maninagar Railway station was very rude in talking and did not even listen what I had to say. I being a lone female traveller felt ashamed of talking to such person and felt helpless, even though I was no where at fault in this situation. I request you to kindly reimburse the financial charges that was forcefully taken from me.
