Dear Sir/Madam,
I tried 1st time to register my IRCTC website profile on 5th Feb 2022, but One Time Password (OTP) not received by my phone.
Care service ([protected]@irctc.co.in) couldn't help me. After several tries they answer that my issue 'forwarded to the concerned department. You will receive a reply in this regard shortly.' It was on 6th Feb, the same they answered on 10th Feb. And for today 16th Feb IRCTC website still don't send OTP to verify my mobile phone number.
Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I want to travel.
