Hi,
I have registered my NRI number and had paid NRI registration fees as well. However, i am unable to receive mobile verification code in my updated NRI number. Further, i have 8000 INR in my e-wallet which i am unable to use for booking, as i am unable to access my account.
I have been sending emails and made limiless calls to the irctc customer representatives. But i have got no positive response. Everytime i have got new ticket numbers. And whenever i follow-up checking the status of my ticket numbers, i have been assigned a new ticket numbers. This has been going on from past several months. This has been my worst experience with irctc.
