Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Money debited but ticket not booked

I have booked a ticket form Jammu to Delhi, Ranjdhani. I used the iPay portal and UPI payment mode to make the payment. The transaction was completed successuly as shown in my UPI app, however the booking status is shown as Failed.
