[protected], I paid amount of 450/- from my debit card ...IRCTC connect application, after sometime when I entered otp transaction had declined, but amount is deduced from my account.So what I should have to do for getting back of my amount which it was made
It was done with Paytm transaction on

Is there any solution for me to get money back to my account
