To day i bookd the ticket from irctc app.
From nzm to bsp in durg nizamuddin chhattisgarh sampark kranti (12824) for 17/10/2017.. And amount is deducted from my account but there will b no tickets has bheen book.. Following details are sending by irctc.. I had complaint to irctc but still no action is taken by irctc

Sms send by sbi..
Thank you for using your sbi debit card 519xx3593 for a purchase worth rs1116.55 on pos 80601116 at irctcapp paytm txn#[protected].
Plz return my money..

Still no action has been taken by irctc
