Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — money deducted but ticket not booked and showing pending from bank | |||
I have booked a ticket for konark express on 1st oct through upi and the money got deducted from my account but its showing as pending from bank. It's two days but no response received from irctc. This is really bad and becoming problematic as the tickets are getting filled. I am going alone and can't afford to travel when ticket confirmation is uncertain. If such a problem persists train journeys will become obsolete. Kindly look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
