Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Money deducted but ticket not booked | |||||
I booked on 2nd october 2016 rail tickets for two persons to travel from rajahmundry to secunderabad on 6/10/2016 by cocanada express t. No.12775 pnr:[protected] (Fare rs.1796/- plus 11.50) and return journey ticket from secunderabad to rajahmundry for same two persons on 8/10/2016 by train no.12740 with wait list 56, 57 fare rs.1146/- plus 11.50 were debited to my account but ticket not given/ sent to my mail or cell. And no pnr number produced. Transaction ref no. [protected] gaaacnbt2. I complained to [protected]@irctc.co.in on 2/10/2016 and 4/10/2016. Promptly system generated msg flashed to my mail asking me to quote "ticket id [irctc #4097824]" and ticket id [irctc #4105938] in future correspondence. What kind of service is this? Almost after 48 hours no responce for the amounts deducted from my account? Was this information helpful? | |||||
