[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Money deducted from bank but R-Wallet was not recharged.

Recharged the UTS R-Wallet using Paytm. My money is deducted from my bank account but R-Wallet is not credited. The UTS Txn Reference: [[protected]]. The Paytm UPI reference number is [[protected]]. At 09:57 AM, 24 Mar 2022. I had to repeat the payment and hence I got only Rs.100 added into my account. Please help.
