Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — money has been debited but there was no confirmation of ticket

My money has been debited even then i didn't recieve the ticket...i have tried to contact many times but no response came from the company customer caare...the service is very very poor.they don't pick up the calls...And though after so many tries i can't get anything...not evn a penny..please respond to my greivance and get me my refund as quickly as possible
