I was booking a ticket with irctc website but my transaction got failed. But money was deducted from my bank account. I have mailed irctc regarding this in nov 2016. They had assured me that money will be refunded but no action has been taken till now. Transaction no. [protected] Amount deducted 3642rs Date of booking 27 june 2016 Date of journey 29 june 2016 I have received mail from mr. Parivesh patel & mr. Rajesh. I have called customer care of irctc so many times and once talked to mr. Raghu ram but still refund has not been made. Kindly look nto the matter asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
