Hello, this saptarsi mallick. I was booking two tickets in irctc on 28.07.2017, at 1.05am. I made the payment, an amount of rs 204.25 was deducted from my account, but reservation was not done and i didn't get any benefit related to reservation. So, i want my money back immediately.
