[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — money not reflecting in my account after 30 days for cancelled ticket. | |
I have booked a ticket on 25th october and i cancelled it on the same day due to some reason and the pnr no is [protected]. They said money was refunded on 30th october. No amount got credited till now. I raised a complain using my mail to [protected]@irtct.co.in but they gave a ticket id for complaint 5425827 which was still in progress till a month. When i coordinated with them using mails they are keep on generating new ticket id where resolution is nill. Please refund the amount asap. Don't make customers lose trust in such a big organisation.
