Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Monthly pass is not showing in UTS after paying from gpay

I have booked monthly pass today i.e. from 11 December 2023 to 10 January 2024. Pass is not reflecting in UTS app. Payment process completed in gpay and there is no refund.
