Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — more than 8 passengers in 1 sleeper compartment

I am travelling from bangalore to rourkela. I want a single good reason, why i should pay 680 for sleeper if others are coming without sleeper tickets and sitting on my berth. I have attached the pics which i have taken inside hatia - yeswanrpur 12836.

I hate the service i have got after paying 680 inr. Give me the good reason or my money back!!! Please.
