When I logged in to my account:
I got the following alert:
Bookings are not allowed as your account has been suspended.
Kindly let me know how I should proceed to ensure that account suspension can be revoked. Please let me know if I should furnish additional details or any other thing which should be used to continue using this profile for all bookings.
I had sent a mail to customer care or IRCTC, but am yet to get any information on how to unblock or the way forward for using the account. Was this information helpful? |
