I've read through all the helpful posts re: syncing a cleartrip and irctc account and was able to secure a mobile otp as a non-indian resident but never received an email otpin my activation email from irctc.
I contacted [protected]@irctc.com and they told me to contact cleartrip ([protected]@cleartrip.com) which i did but haven't heard back.
Any tips? I'll need to book train ticket in a few weeks.
