I have booked a retiring room on bilaspur station at 05.00am on 06 nov 2023 from online irctc website.
So my money was debited but showing that room was not booked and settlement requested.
But my money was not refunded till now i want my money back.

ICICI Bank Acct XX426 debited for Rs 472.00 on 06-Nov-23; IRCTCTOURISM credited. UPI:[protected]. Call 18002662 for dispute. SMS BLOCK 426 to [protected].
