Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — my tickets automatically cancelled. but didn't get the refund amount

I have booked two train tickets through irctc eeb site. But due the lock down declared by the PM the trains were cancelled. They initiated the refund on 25 and 27 march, 2020. They told the amount will be credited to the account within seven days. But the said amout of Rs 1520 (760*2) has not been credited yet.
