I was traveling from calicut to bangalore on 13 the of january 2018 in compartment s3. The compartment was filled with people who haven't had a reservation, and at night it was extremely difficult to sleep as they were sitting on the seats near to my leg and was talking so loud. The tt haven't taken much initiative he was just telling randomly. I felt it as extreme negligence and was not safe for passengers.

I wants to inform you that on 31/12/2017 I have cancelled my train ticket on IRCTC site.
On IRCTC it is given that they have refunded my money on 3 jan 2018 in zkpy bank. but I didn't get my amount on my account
