Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — no amount refunded even after 15 days - (bank - payumpp) | |||
I have cancelled tickets on 7th october 2017. Irctc website says it is refunded but yet to receive payment in my bank. Details mentioned in below bank is payumpp. It can be seen in attached image. Money paid through bank (Hdfc) and was cancelled on 12th oct 2017 and received in 3-4 days. I don't know what is taking so long or to whom should i contact so i can get help.
