Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — no coffee/tea service in irctc stalls | |||
Sir, yesterday 23-08-18 i travelled from vizianagaram to tirupati on puri-tirupati express no. 17479 with pnr no.[protected] under lower berth/sc quota. After getting up in the morning i find to my dismay there was no pantry car Service in the train. Just to have a cup of coffee/tea i got down at each and Every station (Except vijayawada) in all the irctc stalls they were telling that Either the machine is out of order or just finished in order to escape. The thing Is that the price fixed is just rs. 7/- which is less profitable to them and time taking to provide the service, so they stopped this service.in this connection, i request irctc to verify the veracity In my complaint and to provide the service by increasing the price to rs.10/- And increase the quality to compensate the increase in price.
