[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — no refund for failed transaction | |
Two days before i was booking tickets through irctc website for which payment has been deducted from my account but i got no ticket confirmation and in booking status its showing payment requested. Yesterday i got a message that i will get a refund yesterday itself and same date for refund is been showed in the website also. But i haven't receive my money yet. From two days i have been trying to contact the authorized person through the numbers given in the website and through mail but i haven’t got any response. Now i am sick of trying again and again. I want my money back in my account asap so i can make another transaction. Was this information helpful? | |
Sep 14, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved i got refund in my account within a week. i sent my grievances in [email protected] and they gave proper response and details regarding the matter. Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
