I made a complaint on 11.10.17 regarding our vizag - araku tour staring 26.09.17. Same day i got an acknowledgement saying — 'your complaint has been forwarded to indian railway catering & tourism corporation ltd. Customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days'. But till date no reply from irctc. It is most unfortunate & a totally unprofessional approach.
Today, i have gone through an advertisement on thailand tour starting 08.12.17. We are very interested but we are feeling afraid of your mismanagement coupled with unprofessional attitude that we had experienced in above noted tour. Regards
