I booked a ticket on irctc.co.in.
The transaction is gone missing from my account on the website. The website shows no records found.
I need to cancel this ticket/change boarding point.
I sent an email to both [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in, and also called the helplines for irctc.
I did not receive any help or response from either sources. The helpline person suggested that she cannot help me with this.

Can you please help me firstly to either cancel this ticket before the journey date of october 22nd?
Secondly, can you please check why the helpline/customer care is so irresponsive.
